Greenland at the Crossroads: Geopolitics, Resources and Business Opportunities

We invite you to participate in the Webinar Greenland at the Crossroads: Geopolitics, Resources and Business Opportunities, a joint initiative of the German-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK Portugal) and the German Chamber of Commerce in Denmark (AHK Denmark). 

In recent weeks and months, Greenland has moved into the international spotlight. The growing strategic interest of the U.S. government — particularly in the context of security, access to natural resources and Arctic geopolitics — highlights Greenland’s increasing geopolitical and economic importance. At the same time, Greenland is becoming ever more relevant for Europe, not only as an autonomous territory within the Kingdom of Denmark, but also as a key player in the future of security, energy and critical raw materials.
 
The AHK Denmark team will provide insights into:

• the current political and institutional situation in Greenland,
