Who Should Participate in a KAIZEN™️workshop?
This KAIZEN™️Event should involve a multidisciplinary team composed of members from different areas and different reporting levels. This includes process managers, production managers, technical experts, any department manager directly involved in the process or area that will be the target for improvement.

The leaders of the natural teams, and the management levels, should be leading these KAIZEN™️Events. The participation of all involved is essential to obtain different perspectives and ensure that all stakeholders are heard.
